Recreational Music Making Experience (RMME)/Group offers fulfilling music-based activities that provide opportunities for the individuals in the group to have fun and experience the benefits inherit to the music making experience, such as interaction or general enjoyment. A participant is not required to have talent, skill or training in order to participate in the experience. Group activities may be centered around: piano, guitar, drumming, choir or general music making

Adapted Recreational Music Making Experience (ARMME)/Individual offers fulfilling music-based activities that provide opportunities for the individual to have fun and experience the benefits inherit to the music making experience, such as interaction or general enjoyment. A participant is not required to have talent, skill or training in order to participate in the experience. Activities may include singing, small instrumental playing or drumming.
